True persistence isn’t just about pushing through, it’s about growing in the right direction. John the Baptist’s words remind us that our daily grind, our effort, and our perseverance should lead us to more of Jesus and less of ourselves. That kind of persistence isn’t rooted in ego, but in humility. It’s a steady, daily surrender,on the golf course and in life, to make room for God's purpose in everything we do.
